I have been coaching rugby union since 2005, working with both 7s and 15s formats. I completed my coaching training in South Africa and have coached multiple teams across various age groups. Additionally, I coached both boys' and girls' teams in Zambia, where I also facilitated training for coaches on the fundamentals of school-based coaching, creating a rugby culture, and injury prevention and management.
