Muscat Rugby Football Club has proudly represented the Sultanate of Oman in the Gulf premiership and West Asian Championship until 2019, competing against highly rated rugby teams across the region.

Since then, MRFC has expanded into rugby touch and 7s; competing locally, and in the prestigious Dubai 7s.

With a bedrock of community spirit and tradition of vying for excellence, MRFC is dedicated to promoting the sport of rugby at all levels
