A player in the Gulf for over twenty years I have had the opportunity to develop my skills to also coach and referee. I got involved in rugby here in Oman many many years ago, when my son decided he wanted to play a sport I didn’t know anything about. Over 15 years later helping out on admin and committees I still have no idea on how rugby is played. But what else is better than men running around in shorts and vests?

I help with committee/mrfc admin and social media for the club. I joined the MRFC women’s team as a way to burn off some extra energy and have a laugh but now they can’t get rid of me!

I joined MRFC in 2023 and I am absolutely loving the game. South African. We like to braai and back the Boks.
