We’ve got touch, and sevens rugby for both men and women, so there’s something for everyone. Training’s on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and we’d love to see you down there!

It’s not just about the rugby – we know how to have a good time, too. We’ve already had our big season kick-off boat party, and we’ve got the MRFC Oval Ball on October 10th coming up! Plus, our teams are gearing up for the Dubai 7s, and we’ve got fixtures set up for the season.
