Meet The Team

Nigel (Nige)

Nigel (Nige)

Ladies Coach and Taskmaster.

Being a thoroughbred Welshman I have rugby running through my veins, and sometimes think I should donate some of it to the Welsh team.
I have been player/coach for over 50yrs, in UK, Canada, Bahamas, Qatar, Cairo and finally here in sunny Muscat. Our training is always a good aerobic session, interspersed with skill drills and contact for those who want to rough it up. We do Touch and 7s and are back in the Dubai sevens for the first time in a few years. Come down, meet some new like minded people have some fun and work your socks off.
See you soon.

Women's Captain

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’ve been playing rugby for several years in both touch and 7s. This will be my third year as MRFC women’s captain. I’m a PE teacher from Scotland with a background as a handball player. I’ve enjoyed helping rugby grow in Oman over the past few years.
